The ground-floor kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and a utility room provides additional convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a kingsize bed and en suite shower room, while the second bedroom offers twin beds and dual-aspect windows overlooking the river. The third bedroom includes a double bed and ample storage space. A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, as well as a separate WC, are also located on this floor.
Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden includes lush lawns and mature flowerbeds, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the river views. Off-road parking for one car is available at the front of the house, with additional on-road parking nearby. The village pubs, The Red Lion and The Ferry Boat Inn, as well as the village shop and post office, are within walking distance. The property is also conveniently located near the National Trust's Greenway house and gardens, ferries to Dartmouth, and the South West Coast Path for scenic walks. During peak season, Friday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights are required, but flexibility is offered outside of peak season.
