The property is also close to Instow on the opposite side of the estuary, with its sandy beach, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, the wide golden sandy beaches of Northam Burrows and Westward Ho! are just 2 miles away, popular with surfers.
For those interested in water sports, sailing, and fishing, the area around Snookers is a must-visit. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the nearby Tarka Trail, while families can have fun at The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park, both situated close by. The property does not accept dogs and parking is available in a privately owned gated yard just around the corner.
