The cottage features a sitting room with an open fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen/diner, and a rear lobby leading to a new shower room. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. The attic room on the second floor offers additional sleeping space with a double futon bed and armchairs. The garden is enclosed with a patio and garden furniture.

A welcome tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits is provided. Bed linen, a travel cot, high chair, and hairdryer are included. Dogs are welcome but must stay downstairs. Parking is available opposite the cottage. Local facilities include a beach and pub within walking distance, with a seasonal village shop and café nearby. Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are a short drive away for more amenities and attractions.
