On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and a utility/laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs, there is an impressive master bedroom with an ensuite shower room that can be configured as two single beds or a king size bed. Outside, the property boasts a well-established herb garden, an enclosed garden perfect for dogs and children, a summerhouse turned into a children's games room, and a paved area with a coal BBQ for al-fresco dining.

Additional features of Sandy Shores include outside taps for washing off wetsuits and surfboards, board and bike storage with a combination lock, and parking for 2 cars on the driveway. The property is restricted mobility friendly with some steps, and up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed for an additional charge. Booking information is provided via an external channel, and a refundable security deposit of £200 is required. Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks, with a deposit of 50% due for bookings made 10+ weeks in advance. Extras such as highchairs, travel cots, and additional dogs can be requested for an additional fee. The property is accessed via a keysafe, with detailed instructions provided before arrival.
