Situated within the heart of Georgeham village, this pretty cottage occupies the mews wing of the owner's own Georgian residence and offers an ideal base to tour North Devon or visit the lovely local beaches, only minutes away by car. Simply furnished, Rock Cottage is a comfortable home for either a family holiday or for couples and friends. There is an entrance hall with some stone steps to the small kitchen with further steps into the living/dining room. Three bedrooms on the first floor are served by a separate family bathroom. Full use of the extensive lawned garden and private patio area offer great opportunities to enjoy a barbecue and sunset in this beautiful location.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall, Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Living/dining room with TV with freeview and electric fire. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Bunks 2'6", which are more suitable for children. Bathroom with bath, WC, basin and shower cubicle.
