The Orchard Lodge is easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive from the M5 (J28), on the edge of the village of Butterleigh in Mid Devon. The lodge includes 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 king-size zip n link bed that can be made into two single beds on request. It also features a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, an open-plan lounge dining area, and a shower room with a WC and hand basin. Electric heating is provided throughout, and guests are provided with linen/bedding, towels, bath, hand towels, and tea towels.

Pets are welcome at the Orchard Lodge, with 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee of £20 per pet per week. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a sofa bed in the lounge available for an extra charge of £20 per person per night. The cabin is situated in a rural area on a river, offering a peaceful and scenic retreat. Nearby attractions include Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life, National Trust Killerton, Tiverton Castle, and Knightshayes Court.
