The accommodation is spread over three floors, with the first two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the second floor. The third bedroom is located on the top floor with twin Velux balcony systems to maximize the views. The living room on the first floor is tastefully furnished, while the open-plan kitchen-diner on the ground floor features modern amenities and leads out to a decked terrace with river views towards Kingswear. Central heating is provided throughout the property.

Outside, there is a large decked area with outdoor dining furniture, a lower gravel area, and a smaller decked area. A car park pass is included for Mayors Avenue Car Park, a 5-minute walk away. During peak season, Friday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights are required, but flexibility is offered outside peak season.
