The property features a reverse-level layout, with three ground floor bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) along with a family bathroom, while the first floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The open-plan living area on the first floor consists of a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside, the garden offers spacious lawned areas with a BBQ and outdoor seating, as well as off-road parking for two cars.
