The cottage is surprisingly spacious, with a large fully equipped family kitchen, a cosy lounge, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with new beds - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The house is furnished to a high standard, combining modern comforts with traditional charm. Free parking is available on the road outside the house, and there is a bus stop just 30 meters away that can take you to Torquay harbour in 12 minutes.
Guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility of their stay as WiFi is not provided in the cottage, although 4G is available if needed.
