Appledore Barn, the largest cottage, accommodates up to 6 people and features original exposed stone walls and barn doors from Appledore Shipyard. The cottage boasts an open-plan living area with a fully-fitted kitchen, dining area, and comfortable seating around a log burner. Guests can enjoy flat screen Smart HD TVs, DVDs, Bluetooth speaker, and a variety of books and games.
The owners, Richard and Robin, operate an 11-acre smallholding with sheep, micro pigs, ducks, geese, and a puppy named Ruby. Guests can participate in activities such as lambing, feeding animals, and collecting eggs. Each cottage includes modern facilities like a fully appointed kitchen, utility room, log burner, Smart HDTV, free WiFi, and en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. Guests receive a complimentary welcome hamper with homemade and local produce, as well as the option to request additional meals and catering services.
