Upon entering the accommodation, guests are welcomed by a light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring patio doors that can be opened in the summer to bring the outdoors in, or closed in cooler months for a cosier atmosphere with a wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A utility room with a washer/dryer is also available for convenience. The ground floor includes a spacious king-size bedroom with a TV and patio access, as well as a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, both with TVs - a twin zip and link room that can be converted into a super king size on request, and a king-size room with a balcony offering views of the sea. A beautiful bathroom with a double-ended bath and WC completes the upper level.
Outside, guests can relax in the enclosed garden with patio seating, perfect for enjoying a charcoal BBQ or a glass of wine. A private hot tub and beach hut for storing bikes, wet suits, and sandy boots are also available. Off-road parking for two cars is provided at the front of the property. Nearby attractions include Instow, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, and Lundy Island, offering a range of activities and sights to explore during your stay.
