Parking is included with the rental, but limited to one car per apartment due to small spaces that may not be suitable for certain vehicles. Bed linen and towels are provided, and pets are allowed with an additional charge of £50 per pet per week. Pet rules include no puppies under 12 months old, a maximum of 2 pets per property, no pets on furniture, no leaving pets unattended, not using kitchen bowls for pets, and cleaning up after pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
