Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a lawn and a large storage shed for bikes and surfboards. The property also includes gas central heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, and other amenities such as a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the shed.

Additional features of the cottage include private parking for one car, linen and towels provided, a travel cot, and a highchair. Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only, with an extra charge of up to £30 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed at the property.
