Appledore, located in Devon in the South West of England, is a pleasing village ideal for a relaxing holiday. The village boasts cobbled streets, a picturesque harbour with fishing boats, independent shops, and a variety of dining options. Visitors can take a ferry to Instow for a sandy beach experience or explore the sea with trips from Bideford, including excursions to Lundy Island known for its wildlife and stunning scenery.

Upon entering the period cottage in Appledore, guests are greeted by a cozy lounge with exposed beams and a large stone fireplace. The room features a wood burner effect gas fire, TV/DVD, and CD player. The kitchen/diner is equipped with a Range gas oven, microwave, and dishwasher, while a separate utility room houses the washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms including a king-size master with a balcony and en suite, a double room with a TV, and a twin room. The bathroom has a shower over bath.

Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for guests to relax and enjoy drinks or ice cream from a local company. Parking is not available at the cottage, but roadside parking and pay and display car parks are nearby.
