Guests can enjoy dedicated parking for up to three cars and easy access to the busy town of Salcombe and its beaches, while also being able to retreat to the tranquillity of Lincombe.

The property boasts extensive grounds with a large private garden and a sun terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding fields and woodland, as well as the estuary to the east. Boaters may have access to the water through Lincombe Boatyard, while walkers can explore the nearby National Trust fields and reach Salcombe and Snape's Point headland. Children can play in the spacious garden while parents relax on the sun terrace. The Stables is well-equipped for year-round stays with amenities such as a wood-burning stove, electric Aga cooker, and full oil-fired central heating.

Inside, there are three large bedrooms on the upper floor, including two doubles and one twin, as well as a second sitting room with a large TV and DVD player. The kitchen leads to a dining and sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the estuary. The lower floor also features a utility room and cloakroom. Outside, the sun terrace is furnished with a dining table, loungers, and a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Please note that the gardens have steep slopes and ponds, making it unsuitable for unsupervised children.

Located in a rural area by the sea, Lincombe Stables offers a relaxing retreat for families and groups looking to explore the natural beauty of South Devon and Dartmoor National Park.
