Located in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Beer is a traditional fishing village on the Jurassic Coast. The village has a picturesque port with beach huts and colorful boats, as well as independent shops, galleries, and cafes to explore. Visitors can take a scenic walk along the coastal path to Branscombe beach, where there are dog-friendly facilities and fresh seafood available at a beachside cafe. Nearby attractions include fishing trips and the Beer Quarry Caves, offering a glimpse into the area's history.

The cottage's accommodation includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a third bedroom with a king-size bed that can be converted into two singles. The ground floor features a lounge with two sofas and an electric log effect stove, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Entertainment amenities include a smart TV with a DVD player. Outside, guests can enjoy a paved courtyard with seating. Parking is available for one car 35 yards away, with an additional parking permit provided for a second car 150 yards away.
