Bumblebee Cottage is an enchanting 19th Century stone property located in a quiet, mainly residential area of Salcombe, Devon, in the South West of England. Despite its peaceful setting, it is within a short distance of the town's boutiques, restaurants, and famous waterfront. The cottage is part of a short terrace of similar cottages and offers a glimpse of Batson Creek from the master and attic bedrooms. Batson Creek is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick access to the slipway and car park.

The cottage features an open-plan sitting room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a cozy atmosphere. The sitting room includes two comfortable sofas and a leather chair set in front of an open fireplace with a stone surround. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with stylish units, a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, under-counter fridge, washer/dryer, and microwave. A good-sized dining table with six chairs, including two folding ones, is also provided. There is access to a rear passageway and terrace area from the kitchen, and an additional mini freezer is located in the cupboard under the stairs.

There are three bedrooms in the cottage. The first floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room, as well as a second bedroom with another double bed. The attic, or second floor, contains a twin bedroom with 3' single beds and a stairgate, making it suitable only for children. In addition to the en suite, there is a second shower room on the first floor, equipped with a power shower, wash-hand basin, and w.c.

Outside, the cottage boasts a good-sized paved terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. Bumblebee Cottage is perfectly situated for a coastal break, offering quick access to Salcombe’s picturesque waterfront, slipways, and beaches. The property accommodates a maximum of four adults and is a delightful retreat for families or small groups looking to explore the South West of England.
