Bedrooms

4 Kings Cottages has three bedrooms.

The first bedroom is situated on the second floor, with a comfy kingsize bed, set of drawers, two bedside tables and a large wall mirror. This is a light and airy room, beautifully presented in calming tones. 

The second bedroom is located on the ground floor at the rear of the holiday home. It is illuminated via a large skylight. This bedroom can be configured as two single beds or as one super kingsize bed (your selected configuration is required at least 14 days before your arrival date). This room has two bedside tables and a large chest of drawers for storage.

The third bedroom can be found on the second floor and can accommodate up to two guests. There is a single stacker bed, so this bedroom can be configured as one single bed or as two single beds depending on your requirements (your selected configuration is required at least 14 days before your arrival date). There is a single freestanding wardrobe in this room, with storage drawers underneath and full length mirror.

All bed linen and towels are included in the abode rental cost (excluding beach towels).

Bathroom and shower room 

There is a bathroom located on the second floor of this holiday home. This provides a modern stylish bathroom suite, with a bath and shower over the bath together with a glass shower screen, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet and heated towel rail.

This Salcombe holiday home also benefits from a shower room situated on the ground floor. The shower room consists of an enclosed shower cubicle with power shower, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin and a toilet.

Open plan living space

The main living space is located on the first floor of this luxury holiday home and has a bright, airy welcoming feel.

The lounge area has ample seating with two comfy sofas, an armchair, a footstall, together with a side table and TV. It is stylishly presented with a neutral colour palette and very subtle hints of a nautical theme. 

The lounge area opens up onto a delightful balcony from a set of double doors. The balcony area overlooks the Kings Cottages courtyard area and has a bistro style seating for two guests - perfect for catching the morning sun whilst enjoying a leisurely coffee.

At the rear of the living space is a modern stylish kitchen area, with a small dining area.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, together with plenty of storage and ample crockery and glasses.  

There is direct access onto the rear courtyard area from the kitchen area.

Outside space 

There is a courtyard area at the rear of this Salcombe holiday home, accessed directly off the kitchen. It provides a delightful private outdoors space for alfresco dining or to enjoy down time with a book. This area has an outside table and seating, together with a BBQ and delightful festoon lighting.  

There is also a balcony area off the living area, with seating for two.  

Storage and parking 

There is a small integrated garage. Guests are permitted to use this area to store small boats and boating equipment, such as paddle boards during their stay, but no cars are to be stored in the garage. There is a utility room area located at the rear of the garage, with a tumble dryer and full size fridge freezer.

There is space for one car in the allocated off road parking within Kings Cottages courtyard, clearly marked as No 4.

Wifi access is available throughout this Salcombe holiday home.

No smoking is permitted either inside or in the vicinity of this holiday let.

Please note that given that the accommodation is set over three floors, with the main living space on the first floor, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
