The cottage was formerly a hay barn and is part of an ancient farmstead set in six acres of beautiful valley land. Guests can enjoy access to the private foreshore and rowing dinghies provided for their use. The cottages are well-furnished and provide comfortable accommodation for families or couples looking for a peaceful retreat.

The Love Shack, a separate accommodation attached to Windfalls, can be rented at an additional cost along with either of the other cottages. The cottage features an open plan living/kitchen area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the gravelled courtyard, shared laundry room, and ample parking. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby beaches, taking coastal walks, and enjoying the tranquility of the orchard and creek.

Guests can relax on the lime kiln overlooking the creek, although there is no garden on the property. The Love Shack can be combined with Windfalls or Apple Tree Cottage for larger groups. Amenities such as bed linen, towels, WiFi, and a travel cot are included, and pets are welcome. Guests should be aware of the tidal road access to the property, which may be affected by high tides.
