This detached holiday cottage is located in the beautiful riverside village of Dittisham in South Devon and boasts incredible views across the Dart Estuary. Sleeping up to five guests (with room for an additional child), Penveron is an excellent destination for anyone looking for a peaceful break in Devon, particularly those who love boating or any other water-based pursuit. Dittisham has an excellent village shop, two local pubs, and its own riverside tearoom, and also offers boat rental if you would like to take to the water yourself.

Penveron has three bedrooms. There is one ground-floor master bedroom with a double bed which can be converted to twin beds on request, and on the first floor is the master bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and a small pull-out bed suitable for a child. The first floor also has a family bathroom. On the ground floor you'll also find a sitting room with a TV, DVD player and CD player, a large dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a shower room and utility room on this floor as well.

The Penveron has an enclosed front and rear garden and a terrace, with a barbecue and garden furniture supplied. Wi-fi is provided, and parking is available in the nearby The Level car park - this costs £5 a day or £25 per week. The town of Dartmouth has all sorts of things to do and is just five miles away, and a ferry service operates during summer if you'd rather not drive!
