The second floor features two double bedrooms with fantastic views, as well as an additional cloakroom and WC. Parking is not included at The Garden Cottage, but there is unrestricted parking nearby. The cottage may not be suitable for those with mobility problems due to the steep walk up Crowthers Hill. In peak season, Saturday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights are required, but flexibility is possible out of peak season. The location of the cottage in Dartmouth provides easy access to cultural highlights such as Dartmouth Museum and Golden Hind, as well as activities like Brixham Harbour and Brixham Marina.
