The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, and a small separate freezer. Outside, there is an open plan lawned front garden and a fully fenced rear garden with a patio and lawn. Private parking is available adjacent to the property.
Pets are allowed at Dune View by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £30 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Guests will receive full travel and key collection instructions upon receipt of full payment. Nearby attractions include Basett's Ridge, Northam Burrows Country Park, The Big Sheep, and Clovelly Village, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration.
