The location of Gull's Rest, just behind Market Square, offers easy access to Dartmouth's shops, bars, and restaurants while providing a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle below. A parking permit is provided for guests.

The accommodation at Gull's Rest includes a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen and dining area on the first floor is light and airy, with integrated appliances and an extendable dining table that seats six. The cottage also features a small single bedroom, a family bathroom, and two additional bedrooms on the second floor, along with a shower room. Central heating and a wood-burning stove are available for guests' comfort.

Outside, the property boasts a private enclosed deck with garden seating and potted plants, providing a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening glass of fizz. Guests can unload at the bottom of the stone steps leading up to the property, and a parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue Car Park, just a 3-minute walk away. Please note that the stairs to the property are steep and a little uneven. The car park pass does not guarantee a space, especially during busy seasons or events like the annual Regatta.
