The accommodation is tastefully furnished and can sleep up to 5 people in its 3 bedrooms. The house is situated near the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and features amenities such as pets allowed. It is within walking distance of the beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops, and cafes. The footpaths overlooking the Jurassic Coast are easily accessible from the house.

The house is in a quiet residential area of the town center, away from passing town traffic, and is approached via a footpath. The name Bethany means 'House of Welcome,' and guests can expect a warm reception. The interior of the house includes a spacious sitting room with an electric wood burner effect fire, a dining area with an extending dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with a utility room leading to a rear courtyard. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a single bed, as well as a family bathroom with a modern white suite. The second floor features a twin bedroom.
