Woodbury Cottage is a charming, dog-friendly holiday home located in Exeter, Devon, in the South West of England. With two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to four guests and is situated near the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property features a private patio with a hot tub and BBQ, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, including Exeter and the Jurassic Coast.

The cottage itself is semi-detached and set within the owners' grounds, alongside two other holiday cottages. Guests can enjoy picturesque walks in the countryside, with their four-legged friends, as well as a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The interior boasts exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, and stained-glass windows, creating a fairy-tale ambiance for a relaxing staycation.

Inside the cottage, guests will find a comfortable living/dining room with vibrant decor, a galley kitchen with essential amenities, and two beautifully designed bedrooms with oak furniture and soft linen sheets. The property also includes a shower room and WC for convenience. Outside, a private courtyard offers a charcoal BBQ, garden furniture, and a hot tub for unwinding under the stars after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

Guests will be greeted by the owners upon arrival, and additional services such as carbon offsetting, EV car charging, and the provision of a travel cot and highchair are available upon request. House rules include no smoking or vaping, no parties or events, and a pet-friendly policy with an additional fee for dogs. Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit and an Accidental Damage Deposit, with flexibility for refunds in case of new Government travel restrictions.
