This newly refurbished property is part of the original servants quarters of Weech House, a historical residence built in 1790. The Queen Mum's Aunt, Violet Cavendish-Bentick, once owned Weech House, and members of the royal family, including the Queen Mum, Queen Elizabeth, and Princess Margaret, have visited the property in the past. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and is suitable for two couples, with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, a lounge, kitchenette with a double sofa bed, and an additional shower room and toilet. The property is equipped with central heating, double glazing, and is self-catering.

Conveniently located near Dawlish town center, Little Weech is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, the town beach, railway station, and bus stops. The hospital and doctor's surgery are also easily accessible on foot. The property offers convenient parking and has its own front door leading to a spacious covered area that can be used to store bicycles, surfboards, and other equipment. Dawlish itself is a picturesque seaside town on the edge of Devon's rolling countryside, where sandstone cliffs meet the sea.
