Central location within a two minute walk of local shops and three character pubs, all offering good food. Delightful walks can be enjoyed in surrounding countryside including part of the Tarka Trail, and many of Devon's famous attractions including RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal are less than 15mins drive.
The cottage has considerable character including beams and latched doors and has been refurbished to offer very comfortable and well equipped accommodation throughout. Two bedrooms with feature beams - double and single bedded (Z bed available). Bathroom/wc with shower attachment. Delightful and very comfortable living/dining room with woodburner in inglenook fireplace (logs available locally), TV, DVD and double bed settee for alternative sleeping.
