The property features a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, as well as a ground-floor utility room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, decking, seating, and a pond, making it an ideal getaway for two couples in the Dartmoor National Park.
