The property includes a ground floor kitchen/dining/living room, a second-floor twin bedroom, and a family bathroom, as well as a third-floor master bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Entertainment amenities include a 32" TV, CD player/radio, and WiFi. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with seating for two, and a parking permit is provided for year-round use at the nearby Mayor Avenue car park.

The Little White House is not suitable for toddlers due to steep stairs, but it is child and baby-friendly otherwise. Bed linen and towels are provided, and heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Guests have the option to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit or a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Please note that there is a 4-night minimum stay requirement, and smoking is not allowed on the premises.
