The Boathouse, situated by the Creek away from the other cottages, offers comfortable and well-furnished accommodation. A Wayfarer sailing dinghy and rowing dinghies are available for guest use, providing a unique experience for those who are experienced and willing to take the risk. This property is ideal for a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or a reunion with friends. It can also be booked together with other cottages for larger family celebrations, accommodating a total of 16 guests.

Outside, there is a private balcony and communal grounds for guests to enjoy. Parking is available for 1-2 cars at the top of the path to The Boathouse.
