The apartment is equipped with luxuries such as a dishwasher, Smart TV with Freesat, and WiFi, as well as electric wall mounted heating and essential utilities like an electric cooker and microwave. Additional amenities include a kettle, toaster, iron, bed linen, towels, and facilities for cleaning and storing surfboards and cycles. Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £30 per pet per week.
