This charming cottage, with a fun nautical theme, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is pet-friendly. The master bedroom features a Super King Size bed, and the bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped with modern amenities, and the first-floor lounge offers a bright and airy space to relax and enjoy views of the bustling town below.

The cottage is cleverly set out over three floors, with wood-effect flooring throughout and stylish decor. The lounge features comfortable sofas, nautical-themed decor, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. The family bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall-effect feature. The master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed that can be configured as two single beds upon request, and the second bedroom has a double bed.

Parking is available outside for unloading, and guests are provided with a car park permit for the Mayors Avenue Car Park, just a minute's walk away. However, during busy periods, such as Regatta and summer, the permit does not guarantee a space. In such cases, a park and ride option is available at the top of town for an additional fee. A security deposit of £200 is held upon arrival and released five days after departure, without being physically taken.
