Upon entering Nightingales through a private entrance, guests will find a modern kitchen with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and induction hob, as well as a microwave, toaster, and kettle. Dogs are welcome but are restricted to certain areas of the property and should not be left alone. The ground floor features a lounge with a 40" smart TV, a downstairs bedroom with a king size bed, and a toilet. The bedroom has patio doors leading to a small courtyard.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a super king size bed that can be set up as a twin. This bedroom also has a smart TV, cupboard, hair dryer, and vanity mirror. The bathroom upstairs includes a bath with a shower over it. The owner's bedroom is marked on the floor plan but will be kept private during guests' stay. Nightingales has Wi-Fi throughout the house but does not have a landline telephone. Onsite free parking is available for one car, with additional free parking on surrounding roads for a second car.
