The golf courses of Willingcott, Saunton and Ilfracombe are also easily accessible, with Exmoor and all amenities of Barnstaple within a short scenic drive.

Accommodation is comfortably furnished, well equipped, and maintained to a good standard throughout, with both electric and part central heating.
