The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, lamps, and a wardrobe with a drawer at the base. The family bathroom includes a large P-shaped bath, pedestal sink, mirror cabinet, WC, additional shelves, and a heated towel rail. Parking is available at the nearby car park, with permits for 4 days (£25) or 8 days (£45) available for purchase. Guests can also buy virtual permits online via the Torbay Council website.

Important notes include the provision of bedding and towels, but guests must bring their own towels for the beach or other activities. No infant equipment is supplied, so guests with infants should bring their own highchair and travel cot. Pets are not allowed at the property. A £100 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking, with check-in at 3pm and check-out at 10am. A small welcome/starter pack is provided, including essentials like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and tea and coffee sachets.
