The comprehensive amenities of the historic market town of Barnstaple including large choice of shops, cinema, theatre, pannier market and leisure centre are just 15 minutes drive, with Exmoor and fine sandy beach at Instow only a further short journey beyond. Ideal touring base with many famous attractions including RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and the historic city of Exeter all within an hours drive.

The property is accessed by a private unmade drive and was recently built to high specifications.
