The interior of the annex features a bright and comfortable lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor, along with a large shower room. Upstairs, there are two good-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom can be configured with either two single beds or zipped together as a double. The property is close to two beaches and offers various water sports activities such as kayaking, kite surfing, wind surfing, and sea fishing.

Guests have access to plenty of parking space and can easily self-check-in if the hosts are not around. The hosts respect guests' privacy but are available to assist if needed. The neighborhood, known as The Avenues, is a prestigious area of Exmouth located at the west end of the beach. While walking is a popular mode of transportation, there are also regular bus services, a road train, and convenient links to the cycle path leading to Lympstone, Topsham, and Exeter.

In addition to its proximity to the beach, the vacation home is also close to Exmouth Museum and World of Country Life. For families, attractions such as Otterton Mill and Bicton Park Botanical Gardens are nearby.
