Guests can enjoy scenic countryside walks directly from the cottage's front door, including a woodland route that leads to the seaside village of Lee Bay with its sandy beach, rocky cove, and village pub, The Grampus. The popular sandy beach at Woolacombe is just two miles away, with other family-friendly beaches like Croyde and Saunton Sands easily accessible.

In addition to the beautiful beaches, guests can explore attractions such as the Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Exmoor National Park, and the South West Coast Path, which is just over a mile from the cottage. The Tarka Trail, perfect for cycling, runs directly through the farm. Visitors can also enjoy sheepdog and falconry displays (June to August) and farmyard shows (July to August) right on the property. The cottage itself features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfortable seating, a dining table with lovely views, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, guests will find a super king-size zip and link bed (which can be converted into twin beds) in one bedroom, and a bunk bedroom in the second. The modern shower room is also located on the first floor. Outside, there is a lawned garden with seating and a BBQ, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings and views across the bay, and even as far as South Wales on clear days.
