Cosy Nook is a charming two-bedroom fisherman's cottage located in the popular village of Appledore in Devon, South West England. Situated near the picturesque village of Instow, with its sandy beach and abundance of eateries, this property is ideal for couples and small families looking for a cozy holiday retreat. The cottage features an enclosed rear garden, making it a perfect base for all seasons. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a king-size bedroom and a twin zip-and-link room.

The ground floor of the cottage comprises a living room, dining room, and kitchen, while the first floor houses the two bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, though guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Outside, there is an enclosed walled courtyard with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh Devon air.

Parking is available in a nearby car park, just a 5-minute walk away. One pet is welcome at the property, with prior arrangement and an additional charge. Other amenities include central heating, electricity, and WiFi. Guests are reminded that smoking is not allowed on the premises. The changeover time is on Saturdays, with check-in at 4pm and check-out at 9am. Detailed travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
