Compass Cottage is a charming holiday rental located in Shaldon, Devon, in the South West of England. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is pet-friendly, allowing one pet to stay. It is situated close to the river and beach, providing easy access to beautiful country and coastal walks. Shaldon itself offers a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it a perfect base for a relaxing getaway.

The cottage features a cozy living room/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small front patio garden. Amenities include central heating, a TV, DVD player, and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided, although beach towels are not included. Parking is available on the unrestricted road-side.

It is important to note that the property does not provide baby equipment and is not suitable for accommodating children under the age of 2. A refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 is required, which is payable with the final balance of the holiday and refunded within 5 working days of departure. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the deposit value. The cottage is a short distance from Teignmouth and various attractions such as Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve and Grand Pier.
