Nearby attractions include Tiverton on the River Exe, with its castle, mill, trout lakes, and farm shops, as well as the coastal town of Lynmouth.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, and a communal utility room. Luxuries include underfloor heating, a 40" TV with freeview and DVD player, and Wi-Fi broadband. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Outside, guests can enjoy the patio with garden furniture and access to the shared Jacuzzi spa pool, available from March to January.

Guests can bring along 1 pet by prior arrangement, with an additional charge. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Bed linen, towels, a travel cot, highchair, and stair gates are provided. Ample parking is available. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
