The lodge sleeps four people in two bedrooms, including a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin, with a separate bathroom. The open-plan living space features a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, private decking with furniture, and access to the 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks, a wildlife pond, and a picnic area. The property is pet-friendly, allowing two well-behaved dogs.

The lodge offers amenities such as gas central heating, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a TV with Freeview.
