Saunton golf course is also nearby, providing plenty of recreational opportunities for guests.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and features an open plan living/kitchen/dining room, bathroom, and hall. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as a TV with freeview, DVD player, stereo DAB radio, and Wi-Fi broadband. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer dryer. Outside, there is a balcony with patio furniture for guests to relax and enjoy the views. Allocated parking for one car is provided, with additional shared parking available for guests.
