Guests can enjoy a short walk to the Quay and explore the nearby village of Instow with its sandy beach. For surfing enthusiasts, Westward Ho! is just a five-minute drive away.

The property is family-friendly and allows one pet, with amenities such as a DVD player, woodburner, central heating, TV, and Wi-Fi provided. The kitchen is equipped with essentials like an electric oven, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. Linen and towels are included, along with a complimentary basket of logs. Guests can also request a travel cot and highchair for added convenience.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Parking is available alongside the quay or in public car parks. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £30 per pet per week. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
