The apartment is just 150 metres from the beach, making it ideal for enjoying surfing and other coastal activities. The open plan living space includes a pristine kitchen area with sea and country views, while the two bedrooms overlook gardens at the rear. The property also offers allocated parking for one car and secure storage for surfboards and cycles.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people across 2 bedrooms, with a double bed and 2 single beds. It includes luxuries such as a dishwasher, Smart TV, and WiFi, as well as amenities like electric wall-mounted heating, an electric cooker, and a microwave. Additional features include facilities for cleaning and storing surfboards and cycles, as well as a travel cot and highchair. Bed linen and towels are provided, and pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £30 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
