Nearby towns Barnstaple and South Molton offer popular pannier markets, while walkers and cyclists can enjoy the Tarka Trail and the stunning surrounding landscape in any season. In the summer, a small eco campsite appears in one of the fields and cream teas are served from the summer house. Visitors can take a pleasant walk to the village square where a local pub and community shop are located, and other attractions such as RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal are also nearby.
Upon arrival at the property, guests can enter through the main door or the utility room, which is perfect for shedding walking boots and drying off dogs after a day of exploring. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Moving through the property, guests will find a light and airy kitchen/diner area with amenities including an electric oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and slimline dishwasher. Bi-folding doors lead out to an alfresco dining area. The lounge area features another set of bi-folding doors, allowing guests to relax among comfortable furnishings and enjoy the Smart TV with Sky TV (basic package). Upstairs, there is a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en suite shower room, as well as a twin zip and link bedroom (convertible to a super king on request) with Smart TV and en suite shower room.
Outside, the property boasts a gravelled garden with a private hot tub, patio area, and garden furniture. Access to the property is through a cattle grid, and there is off-road parking for two cars.
