Nearby attractions include Bude beach, Tintagel, Padstow, Eden Project, Clovelly, Westward Ho!, and Bideford.

The accommodation is on one floor and retains features like slate floors and exposed beams. The spacious yet cosy lounge/diner has an electric fire, TV with Freeview, DVD, and Hi-Fi. There are children's toys, games, and board games for all ages. The dining area seats six, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. There is a king-size bedroom with TV, a twin bedroom with zip and link beds that can be a super king size, and a cot bed for a child up to five. The bathroom has a shower, bath, and WC.

Outside, there is a patio area with seating and a BBQ, as well as a lawn area with seating and a slide for children (supervision required). Ample parking is provided.
