From the popular English Riviera in the south to the rugged landscapes of Exmoor and Dartmoor in the north, there is a wide range of sandy beaches, hidden coves, and picturesque fishing villages to discover. The property is within easy reach of the surfing beach of Bude and offers a wealth of outdoor activities for nature lovers.

The converted barn is set all on one level and has been equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and microwave. The lounge area features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, and iPod dock, with large doors leading to a patio area. The bedrooms consist of a spacious master room with a double bed and TV/DVD, and a twin bedroom with a zip and link bed that can be presented as a super king size upon request. There is also a shower room with WC.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed patio with garden furniture, a BBQ, and washing line. Adjacent to the patio is a large lawn with football goals and footballs provided. Guests are welcome to explore the summerhouse and woodland walks that lead from the pond, offering a variety of colors as the seasons change (children should be supervised). Ample off-road parking is available for guests at the property.
