The kitchen is equipped with a Rangemaster cooker, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Krups coffee machine. The living room includes a flatscreen TV, DVD player, Roberts digital radio, and a period fireplace with a coal-effect gas fire. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs, and baby equipment such as a high chair, travel cot, and stair gate are available on request. A parking permit for one car is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park, and a gas-fired combi boiler provides central heating and hot water. One well-behaved dog is permitted, and bed linen and towels are supplied.
