Just a mile away from the fishing port of Brixham, guests can easily access the town's pastel-colored fisherman's cottages and bustling harborside. The property features a newly fitted integrated kitchen, solid oak furniture, and a spacious living/dining room area, providing a comfortable stay for up to four guests. The family shower room and separate wc and sink serve both bedrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an electric induction hob, grill and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Entertainment options include a Sony TV with full definition Blue Ray 3D playback and a DVD/Blue ray disk player. Outside, guests can enjoy the front garden with shrubs, walled rear garden with flower beds, table and chairs, and a coal BBQ. Parking is available on the driveway for one car, with additional space for a small rib or dinghy and kerbside parking for extra vehicles.

Additional amenities include WiFi, heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and baby equipment. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. A refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 is required, payable with the final balance of the holiday and refunded within 5 working days of departure. Alternatively, guests can opt for a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the deposit value.
